Dental Implants
What treatment do you need?
We have the proven, reliable and long-lasting solution to replace your missing teeth or replace those that are irretrievable in just 1 day.

Thanks to the immediate technique (implants in one day), which we have been pioneering since 2002, we reduce treatment that takes months with the conventional technique to just a few hours.
We place the implants and the immediate fixed teeth on the same day. This allows you to recover your quality of life after leaving the clinic.
The one-day dental implant technique can be used to replace one tooth, several teeth, an entire jawbone or both jaws.
How do we do it?
FIRST CONSULTATION
Our implantologists make a precise diagnosis of your situation using an orthopantomography (panoramic X-ray) or a CAT scan.
We will offer you the best solution to solve your case in a predictable and reliable way using this diagnosis. It will be the treatment plan that will ensure that you will not be without teeth for a single day and that you will recover your quality of life immediately.
IMPLANT FITTING
Implant fitting is performed under local anaesthesia, making it painless. It is the same as that used in other dental procedures.
For full jaw rehabilitations or in cases of patients with high anxiety, we recommend conscious sedation as a complement to local anaesthesia. This way you will be relaxed during the procedure.
FITTING TEMPORARY FIXED TEETH
Once the implant or implants have been placed, the prosthetic laboratory makes the temporary fixed prosthesis or immediate fixed prosthesis. Once this provisional prosthesis has been fitted, we have what we call implants in a day.
These new teeth are aesthetic and functional. . In other words, you will be able to show off your smile and you will be able to eat food of moderate consistency from day one. For example, pasta, rice, vegetables, omelette, fish or hamburger.
DEFINITIVE FIXED TEETH
Osseointegration takes place 3 / 4 months after implant placement. This means, the union of the implant to the bone. This is the time to make your permanent teeth.
They are personalised for you in terms of size, shape and colour. Each patient is unique. And so are you.
Our aim is to imitate nature so that you feel the fixed prosthesis as if it were your own teeth.

Thanks to the immediate post-extraction implant technique, we reduce treatment that takes months with the conventional technique to just a few hours. On the same day:
- We extract irrecoverable teeth.
- We place the implants.
- We place the immediate fixed teeth.
No waiting times.
This technique can be used to restore one tooth, multiple teeth, an entire jaw, or even both jaws.

EXTRACTION
In the first place, the teeth that have reached an irrecoverable situation are extracted.
IMPLANT FITTING
The local anesthesia that we have used to extract the unrecoverable teeth will be enough to place the implants. You won’t feel anything.

Severe Maxillary Atrophy Unit.
Some patients cannot undergo conventional treatment because they do not have the necessary amount of bone. This may be due to wearing dentures for a long time or having suffered from advanced and irreversible periodontitis.
We treat these cases in the Severe Maxillary Atrophy Unit using zygomatic implants. It is an advanced technique that allows dental implants to be placed even in patients with little bone in the jaw.
Zygomatic implants are the treatment of first choice in these cases, since they allow avoiding more uncomfortable techniques for the patient such as cranial cap or iliac crest grafts.
Furthermore, zygomatic implants are a technique compatible with immediate loading. That is, fixed teeth can be placed on the same day that the implants are placed.
FIRST CONSULTATION
Through a CT we will obtain an accurate image diagnosis . This radiological examination allows us to accurately study the anatomy of your maxilla.
We will offer you the best solution to solve your case in a predictable and reliable way. It will be the treatment plan that will allow us to place the implants you need to restore your quality of life
EXTRACTION
First, we extract irrecoverable teeth, if any. Implant fitting is performed under local anaesthesia, making it painless. It is the same as that used in other dental procedures.
We recommend conscious sedation as a complement to local anaesthesia. This way you will be relaxed during the procedure.
IMPLANT FITTING
Under the same anesthesia with which the extractions have been performed, 2 zygomatic and 4 conventional implants are placed to rehabilitate the upper jaw.
FITTING TEMPORARY FIXED TEETH
Once implants have been placed, the prosthetic laboratory makes the temporary fixed prosthesis or immediate fixed prosthesis. These new teeth are aesthetic and functional. In other words, you will be able to show off your smile and you will be able to eat food of moderate consistency from day one. For example, pasta, rice, vegetables, omelette, fish or hamburger.

Maxillary sinus lift is an advanced technique that is used in the upper jaw when there is moderate or severe atrophy of the posterior sector and we need to gain bone height to be able to place dental implants.
In most cases, a sinus lift can be combined on the same day with implant placement.
FIRST CONSULTATION
Our implantologists make a precise diagnosis of your situation using an orthopantomography or a CAT scan. This radiological imaging test allows us to know the details of the anatomy of your maxillary sinus.
We will offer you the best solution to solve your case in a predictable and reliable way. It will be the treatment plan that will allow us to place the implants you need to restore your quality of life.
PROCEDURE
This technique consists of occupying a few millimeters of the lower part of the maxillary sinus to perform bone regeneration and obtain a sufficient amount of bone that allows us to place dental implants. This procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, making it painless.
DEFINITIVE FIXED TEETH
4/6 months after the maxillary sinus lift and implant placement, osseointegration occurs, which is the union of the implant to the bone. When this happens, the time has come to place the fixed tooth or fixed prosthesis.
For this, the laboratory personalizes this prosthesis for you in terms of size, shape and color. Each patient is unique. And so are you.
Our aim is to imitate nature so that you feel the fixed prosthesis as if it were your own teeth.
